Annual Cycle
Phase 1 - Project Design
This involves the Data Management Council prioritizing the next projects by determing feasibilityand ROI, and reviewing council members.
Phase 2 - Execute
Once the projects are approved, they are ready to launch by the Data Management Subcommittees.
Phase 3 - Audit
This includes conducting a Data Maturity Assessment and evaluating past initiatives.
