Our offices are dedicated to providing the information and analyses needed to make informed, data-driven decisions at Texas State University by members of the University administration.

Because of our current workload and staffing, we cannot accommodate student requests.

There are several offices that can handle your request depending on the type of information you need. Please review the table below to determine which office is the most appropriate in handling your request, and then fill out the respective request form or contact via email. 

Please note, Open Records requests are handled by the TSUS Office of General Counsel. More information on Open Records requests can be found here

Project Description
Provides self-service dashboards and reports regarding current/historic university data involving enrollment, admissions, human resources, student performance/learning outcomes, and administrative outcomes. Handles state/federal reporting. Special Reports and Ad-hoc Requests can include: Data for Guidebooks and National Surveys, Administrative Grants, and Accreditations.

Handles and provides data as needed for student organization participation, event attendance, campus recreation participation, and on-campus residents. Due to data classification, exceptions are as follows: Data from Student Health Center, Counseling Center, Disability Services, Attorney for Students, and Dean of Students.
